My favourite daily protein drink!

A delicious, high-protein, medium-carb, medium/high-fat drink that's easy to digest and makes a pretty decent meal for someone training to put on or just maintain quality mass.

John's Protein Sludge

  • 12 natural or roasted almonds, unsalted

  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • ½ cup frozen berries

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (lite)

  • ½ cup egg white (pasteurised)

  • ½ cup water or ice

  • Slosh coconut milk

  • 3 tsp flaxseed (linseed) oil

  • Scoop whey protein powder (vanilla or cookies & cream)

Whiz it all together and you've got a pretty darn healthy liquid meal.

Approximate macronutrients: Protein 56g, Fat 31g, Carbohydrate 46g. Energy ≈ 690 Cal.
